| It is back to school time for all the young people but that doesn’t mean that we can’t still have some fun. On Friday, August 21st from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the Youth Department will have a Field Day and Bonfire here at the church. We will engage in a variety of outdoor games including an egg toss, football throw, and relay races. Afterwards, we will have a water fight with water balloons and squirt guns. To cut down on the risk of embarrassment, we ask that no one wear a white shirt that day. To cap off the fun, we will have a bonfire over which we can roast marshmallows and hotdogs. We ask each young person to try to bring a friend out to this event, it would be great time to involve them with our group and start them on the path to being won to the Lord. We guarantee that everyone will have a good time. Please speak to Bro. or Sis. Bender for more information or to volunteer to help set up for this night of fun.
